Our commitment
We believe in tangible sustainability, built on responsible choices and efficient technologies. We cover approximately 40% of our energy needs with a 100 kW photovoltaic system, reducing CO₂ emissions. This is complemented by cutting-edge technologies such as the SprayTech rotary booth, equipped with the Waterflow system that removes at least 80% of particles and pigments before the scrubber, and the L.E.S. system, which reduces motor power by up to 85% during operational pauses.

Tailored efficiency
The tannery has been designed to ensure maximum energy efficiency. Le caldaie modulari a condensazione alimentano i reparti in modo mirato a seconda del fabbisogno energetico, mentre tutti i dispositivi di asciugaggio e gli impianti di rifinizione sono dotati di alimentazione autonoma a metano. Each piece of equipment is activated only when in use, preventing waste and optimizing resource efficiency.
