2. What personal data do we collect?

The categories of personal data that the Website collects and processes when you browse or register are as follows:

  • We collect the personal data necessary to complete and execute your request, such as your first and last name, e-mail address, shipping address, billing address, and telephone number.
  • we process the personal data you provide when you contact our offices in order to provide you with the assistance you require;
  • With your consent, we collect and use your personal data for marketing purposes.

We inform you that the Website does not process personal data relating to minors. By accessing and using the services offered, you declare that you are of legal age.

3. How do we use the personal data we collect?

The Website collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • conclude and execute requests for products and/or services offered;
  • provision of the services offered on the Website. To this end, the Website needs to collect, in relation to each service and its characteristics, the personal data necessary to perform the service you have requested;

  • Sending your CV. If you send us your CV to be considered for an open position, we will use the information contained in your CV exclusively for that purpose. Your CV will be kept for a maximum period of six months, after which it will be deleted. If you wish, you can of course send us a new, updated version.
  • statistical analysis and surveys. We use certain information about your use of the Site to perform statistical analysis and surveys in order to improve our offering and services;
  • sending commercial and promotional communications following the purchase of one of our products or services. We will send communications containing our commercial offers on similar products and services to the e-mail address you have provided us with;
  • With your express consent, we may use the contact details you have provided to send you commercial communications about our products and services, in order to update you on news, new arrivals, exclusive products, our offers and promotions. 5. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data only if at least one of the conditions provided for by current legislation applies, specifically:

a) for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party.
When we process your data for the conclusion of the purchase contract to which you are a party, we take care to use only the minimum information necessary for the execution of the same. This basis legitimizes the processing of personal data that takes place in the following activities:

  • conclusion and execution of a contract for the purchase of products and/or services;
  • provision of services offered;
  • management of your requests by our offices.
    The provision of your personal data for such activities is a contractual obligation. You are free to communicate your data to us or not, but without the requested data it will not be possible for us to conclude or execute the contract and your requests. This means that you will not be able to purchase products or use the services of the Site and that we will not be able to manage your requests.

b) to comply with a legal obligation.
In the event of a purchase on the Site, the User’s data will be processed to comply with the legal, tax and regulatory obligations of the Site. The decision to conclude the contract and provide the data is free, but without them it will not be possible to proceed. The processing of spontaneous CVs is lawful under the law and does not require consent. You are free to send your CV, but without it we will not be able to evaluate your application.

c) on the basis of your consent.
Marketing, surveys and market research activities will only take place with your express consent, which is completely optional. Without your consent, we will not be able to carry out these activities or analyse your habits. Your data will be processed by authorized personnel of LIBRA SRL and by selected third parties and data processors, such as banking operators, internet providers, couriers and marketing and market research companies, always under the control of LIBRA SRL. The data may be communicated to competent authorities, if required by law, for the protection of safety and rights. The data will be stored on servers in the EU and, if necessary, transferred abroad with guarantees in accordance with current legislation, even in non-EU countries.

6. How long do we keep the data?

We retain your personal data for a limited period of time, which differs depending on the type of business that involves processing your personal data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted or in any case irreversibly anonymized.
Your personal data is stored in accordance with the terms and criteria specified below:

  • The data collected to conclude and execute contracts for goods or services provided will be kept until the conclusion of the administrative-accounting formalities. Billing data will be kept for ten years from the date of invoicing.
  • the data collected in the context of the use of the services offered will be kept until the termination of the service or cancellation by request of the user;
  • data related to user requests to our offices and useful for assisting you will be kept until your request is satisfied;
  • CVs will be kept for six months from receipt;
  • the data provided for commercial communications, opinion polls and market research activities will be kept until the user requests the interruption of the activity and in any case within 2 years from the last interaction of any kind by the user;
  • the data used to personalize the Site and to show personalized commercial offers will be kept until the user requests the cessation of the activity and in any case within two years from the last interaction of any kind by the user;
  • the data used to carry out market research and satisfaction surveys will be kept until the User requests the cessation of the activity.
    In any case, for technical reasons, the termination of the processing and the consequent definitive deletion or irreversibly anonymization of the related personal data will be definitive within thirty days of the terms indicated above.

You can exercise your rights at any time with reference to the specific processing of your personal data. The ways to exercise them are:

  • Access and modification: request consultation, correction or integration of your data, obtaining a copy.
