The production structure is organized into specialized departments, each dedicated to a specific phase of the tanning process, where artisanal skills and cutting-edge technologies come together to create high-quality products.

TANNING, RETANNING AND DYEING

Wet department

Designed to ensure optimal health and safety for operators, the wet department flexibly accommodates production needs, small batches, sampling, and research. It is equipped with wooden drums and tanning pillars, as well as a variety of drums in different sizes for dyeing, complemented by small steel drums dedicated to testing, sampling, and small-scale production.

DRYING AND PROCESSING

Dry department

The department is equipped with an overhead conveyor system featuring a tunnel with controlled heat and humidity, ensuring uniform and gradual drying while preserving the material’s integrity. This stage also includes targeted mechanical treatments on the grain and thickness of the leather to condition the surface, enhance the texture, and optimize the leather’s technical and aesthetic qualities.

FINISHING PROCESSES

Finishing department

Designed to combine efficiency and productivity, the finishing department features two dedicated lines (one for light colors and one for dark colors), powered by modular condensing boilers that optimize energy consumption based on demand. Two rotary presses with automatic revolver roll change complete the line, ensuring speed and precision in ironing and embossing operations.

CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL TESTS

In-house laboratory

The in-house laboratory allows real-time monitoring of physical and quality standards during production, serving as a primary control checkpoint. This is complemented by chemical-physical analyses carried out by certified external laboratories according to client requirements.

QUALITY CONTROL AND LOGISTICS

Selection and dispatch

Each leather undergoes a careful inspection process before shipment or production. Here, crusts ready for dyeing are selected, with automated thickness checks, and the final choice of finished leathers destined for shipment is made. Advanced technologies like Iris ensure precise color selection.
